New Systems Handels GmbH takes data protection very seriously. The observing of statutory data privacy regulations therefore is a matter of course for us. In the following text, we would like to briefly describe what it means to you, when you utilize our personal service provided on this online shop and when we receive data from you.

What personal information do we keep?

If you use one of our personalized or interactive services, we will ask you for various personal data. Personal information includes your correct and full name, address, postal address, telephone numbers, company name, e-mail address, etc. This data is always provided on a voluntary basis by the user. This personal information is stored by us on a secured server.

Do we share information with third parties?

New Systems Handels GmbH itself only uses your personal information within the online shop (to send the newsletter, My Account etc.) or for the processing of customer inquiries or purchase transactions. We highly appreciate your confidence in us and will exercise the utmost care to protect your personal data. This data will not be disclosed to third parties and will be treated confidentially according to the provisions of the Data Protection Act 2000 (unless we are obliged by law to disclose this information!). The data is used only in order to maintain the relationship with our clients.

Disclosure for order processing

The personal data collected by us will be disclosed to the transport company responsible for deliveries (parcel services, forwarding agents) as part of the contract processing, insofar as this is necessary for the delivery of the goods. In addition, certain basic information associated with the order (e.g. delivery status) is collected and forwarded to a service provider commissioned by us for processing in order to provide a tracking function (shipment tracking). We also disclose your personal data to suppliers commissioned by us as part of the order processing. Order data processing and confidentiality agreements have been concluded with these suppliers.

Disclosure for payment processing

We disclose your payment data to the commissioned credit institution or the respective payment service provider as part of the processing of payments.

Disclosure for the sending of advertising material

We disclose your data to external service providers to send advertising materials of New Systems Handels GmbH. Your data shall not be disclosed to third parties for external advertising purposes.

Disclosure to public authorities or by court order

By order of the competent authorities, we are obliged to provide information about personal data (inventory data) in individual cases, insofar as this is necessary in order to fulfil the relevant legal obligations for the purposes of criminal prosecution, to avert danger, or for other reasons.

Right of withdrawal

You shall have the right to revoke your consent to the collection and use of personal data with effect for the future at any time.

Right to information

You have the right to obtain information about the data stored about you or your pseudonym. This request must be made in writing.

Right to deletion, blocking or correction

You shall have the right to request the deletion, blocking or correction of your personal data stored. If legal regulations (e.g.: (e.g. financial retention obligations) do not permit deletion, your data will instead be blocked, so that they are only accessible for the purpose of mandatory legal regulations. Credit check, identity and address verification
The customer shall be obliged to provide the complete and correct data (name, address, company name, VAT number, etc.) as requested by the online shop, when registering and in the process of order or payment, and to notify New Systems Handels GmbH of any changes thereof immediately or to amend the respective data on their own in the customer’s account. New Systems Handels GmbH shall be entitled to request appropriate evidence or advance payments to check the identity, address and creditworthiness of the customer. In the case of providing demonstrably and/or intentionally culpably incorrect information or failure to report changes (e.g. creditworthiness, etc.), the customer shall be liable to New Systems Handels GmbH for the resulting damages. New Systems Handels GmbH is also entitled to check the customer’s information and their creditworthiness or solvency on a regular basis by obtaining information from authorized organizations (credit protection association, banks, credit agencies, etc.). The customer hereby expressly consents that their data can be disclosed to the officially authorized organizations and/or credit institutions for the purpose of credit checks. Clients can informally revoke this consent at any time.

Contact and service forms

Your particulars, including personal data from our contact and service forms (revocation, complaints, general contact form) will be transmitted to us via our own mail server in order to handle your request, or to be processed further and stored by us. These data shall not be collected or disclosed without your declaration of consent. We are unable to process your requests without these documents.
