How do I order a product online?

Ordering products in our online shop is very easy. All you have to do is click on the shop button and you will be redirected to the online shop. There you can view our products and place them in the shopping cart. Products that are currently not in stock cannot be placed in the shopping cart. After you have placed all the desired products in the shopping cart, you can then enter your personal data for the invoice and, if desired, a different delivery address. There are various payment methods available for your online purchase. The shipping method is selected automatically. Depending on the order value, it is possible that you receive free shipping. In this case we will bear the costs of shipping your order.

When you have completed the order, you will receive an order confirmation to the email address you provided previously. As soon as your order has left our warehouse, the link for parcel tracking will also be sent to this email address. Make sure that you also check the spam folder. Usually you will receive your order within 1-3 working days.

How do I track my delivery?

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a link to the email address you provided, under which you can track your order. If you have accidentally deleted the email, feel free to contact us at hello@selena.care.

Which payment and shipment methods can I use?

We try to offer you the largest possible selection of payment methods in our online shop. These include credit card, instant transfer and PayPal. Since we continuously incorporate the feedback from our customers into the expansion of our online shop, the payment methods will also be expanded over time.

UPS Standard Shipping is used for shipping. The shipping method is automatically selected when ordering.

How do I return or cancel an order?

You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your order. It is recommended that you inform our online sales expert Daniel Raab about your cancellation at daniel.raab@new-systems.at so that we can inform you about the further process. As soon as we have received your return and inspected it, the full payment amount of your original order will be transferred back directly to the account you used. The payment should appear in your account within a few working days.

Please note that menstrual cups are hygiene products that cannot be returned.

Which products cannot be returned?

Any unopened and unused product can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Since menstrual cups are hygiene products that may no longer be sold after having been opened, they cannot be returned. Due to the nature of the products (menstruation, bladder weakness), products that have already been used cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.
